This is a project I stated in May of 2020 with the idea of teaching people how to make their home bartending better. With my audience primarily on Instagram, I post weekly 60 second recipe videos, as well as occasionally host virtual classes. It was important to me to establish a brand right out of the gate for this one, so I drew up the logo, and decided from the start that I wanted prohibition-era music as a bed in all of my videos. The recipe videos I film in high-speed and slow down to 24fps for a dreamy-looking effect when watching liquid ingredients move. Every time I shoot, I am always lighting to make the beverages look as delicious as possible. I could not be more please with the content I've managed to produce for this project
BETTER HOME BARTENDING CRASH COURSE
This is the promotion and a sample of a live-streamed class, where I talked about some bartending theory, gave tips and tricks, and walked viewers step-by-step through making four cocktails.
I sold tickets through Eventbrite, and gave my Patreon supporters free access to the stream. Once registered, you would receive a simple list of ingredients to purchase from the grocery store to make the drinks with me while watching the stream. Everyone who registered received access to a downloadable copy of the stream afterwards
